Saving progress with Google Games:
If your game doesn’t automatically save your progress, it could be because you’re not connected to Google Play Services.
1. Install the Google Play Games application from the Play Store
2. Open the Google Play Games application and sign in with your Google Account
Once you have downloaded the application and signed in with your Google Account, your progress will automatically be saved.
Saving progress with iCloud:
In order to save your progress with iCloud, you will need to check the following:
1. Make sure you are logged into the Game Center (Settings -> Game Center)
2. Make sure your iCloud Drive is turned on (Settings -> Apple account settings -> iCloud)
Please Note: You cannot restore this information on a different device unless you were connected beforehand. If you were, your progress will be saved.
